Engaged as an expert advisor on a wide range of Information Technology-related matters. Today’s focus is shifting from capability, capacity and compliance of the scheme in it’s day-to-day operations to a focus on new product development and business growth.
Developed an Enterprise IT Strategy and Roadmap for this Government organisation undergoing significant change leading up to the commissioning of new world-class research infrastructure. Subsequently developed a new IT and Information Management strategy for the next planning period and independently assessed progress with an annual health-check.
Implemented a new shared services model targeting improved performance of the IT function. The transformation involved process and organisation redesign, the formulation of a major program of IT investment to support new ways of working, the creation and early operation of an IT Governance framework and transition of responsibility to an incoming CIO.

Supported the development and implementation of a Global IT Operating Model for a rapidly growing equity markets group.
Designed an IT operating model for a shared service being delivered across multiple entities within a banking group.
Developed and implemented ITIL-aligned process improvements in conjunction with a service management system implementation. The focus was on improving the management of distributed computing assets and handling of customer service requests.
